Default ID this part please




Please id this part it broke off from the bacl side of the engine block if anyone also had any idea to get the part that broke off out of the engine thatd be great





Where i believe it broke from you can still see part of it inside i need this out any ideas?

did that by chance have a rubber hose coming off of it? and where did the rubber hose go to if it did?

i have a hunch but need to know the answers to these questions to know if im right

That It a cylinder vent tube. Each head has one. My 4.7 H.O. has them but mine are metal. If the rest broke off In the head...your ****ed.

yup its just a vent inlet from the cylinder head, the extra tubing goes to the intake box on the engine side of the filter, if you plug off the hole on the filter you can get an aftermarket filter to put on whatever is left on the block and call it a day. The filters look like mini cone style CAI filters
