Default blower motor ground

Where is the ground for the blower motor. I have read that a bad ground may be the cause of blower motor resistor failures.

thanks again!

Thank you Friar Tuck. So is the wire itself bad? Do I just check that the connections are good? My knowledge of electrical is limited to being able to spell it. lol

Thanks for your help!
