Default changing fluids

I have a 2003 with the 4.7L and the 5 speed transmission. Im approaching 30,000 miles on it and was wondering

1.what transmission fluid to use when i change it
2.how do i know if i have a limited slip rear..when i burn out it burns 2 wheels so do i have to add the lubricant?
3.what gear oil is reccomended

1. Yes you have a limited slip rear end. You need to use the special additive. 80/90 gear oil that is fully synthetic is recomended. I prefer Mobil lubricants. Your front needs to be changed too.

2. Not sure what your trans takes, check the manual.[sm=feedback.gif]

Do NOT PUT ANYTHING IN YOUR TRANSMISSION EXCEPT FOR ATF +3 OR +4

There is a special additive in it that Dodge trannies need.
