Hey guys, I found this item under where my 2003 Durango was parked in my driveway. I have moved it to let the yard guys cut then I saw this were it was sitting when I went out to move it back. I've noticed no difference in the truck, just this weird little part laying around in my drive way. It's rubber like material, hard and cracked from age and perhaps exposure to elements. But I don't recognize it. Any ideas or thoughts??? Thanks in advance!!
Could it be a bumpstop? I don't know what the rear bumpstops look like but it may be one of them. The front bumpstops are round but that might be a rear one
Not sure, it appeared to be about midway of the truck where I park it. Could I see these from looking under the truck? Sorry for the dumb questions but I've never done any body work to know.
The bump stops will be above the rear axle. One on each frame rail. Should be at least. Definitely looks like a rear bump stop. The fronts are round and above the lower control arms, but that looks like a rear.
