Default Warning Chimes Start After Driving for 1 to 2 Minutes

I have a 2001 2wd Durango w/ the 4.7 engine and 147,000 miles on it. Just recently I have started experiencing a warning chime (with no engine warning lights coming on at the dash) when I drive with my lights on. The warning chimes starts after about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes of steady driving. and the faster I'm going the sooner the chime comes on. If I turn off the lights the warning chimes stop, when I turn the lights on again the chime will come back after about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.

Driving the car without the lights on there is no issue and turning on and off any other accessories doesn't seem to have any effect on the issue, and when I check for an engine code there are none. I also checked the battery and alternator with a multi-meter to see if either one had an issue and they both seem to be good This rig has been great and I plan on keeping it, so hoping someone can give me a direction to go in.

Thanks for any advice
Patrick

The CTM rings the chime when it 'decides' something is wrong, wrong or not.

So your voltage gauge is showing normal when the lights are on? Do your check gauges and check engine lights work when you first turn on the key?
