Default overheated wont start

my 2000 durango 4.7L overheated and died on the highway. I towed it home and plugged the obd2 in. The codes given were for the cam sensor and the crank sensor. I have replaced them but nothing happened. The starter turns the motor but sounds funny. It has spark and fuel to the rail. What could it be causing the no fire? help and thanks

Sounds funny isn't exactly descriptive. I'd suggest doing a compression check.
