Default Help! fuel pressure

I think I lost my fuel pump. The truck started and run for about 15 seconds then died. Restarted it run for 2 seconds and died. I went to the spark and no problem there. So I went to the fuel rail and opened the pressure relief valve and fuel dribbled out no pressure. I'm not at home so I couldn't do a pressure check. I'm pretty sure it is a fuel pump. I checked the relay and no problem.

So my question is this: How much pressure am I supposed to have? And were is the fuel shut off switch? I already dropped my tank and am going to clean everything most likely going to put in a new pump. I have 123K on my truck and the original fuel pump.
