Have a 2000 Durango with blown 4.7 so bought a wrecked 2002 Durango with a great running 4.7, will it interchange using the existing wiring ECU etc?

the answer is it depends,

your 2000 durango had a 4.7 with a 16t tone ring, the 2002 came with either a 16t or a 32t tone ring, if your 2002 has a 16t tone ring then no problem, if it has a 32t tone ring then you need to swap the tone rings to get it to work with your existing wire harness.

if you saw the donor motor in the truck you can tell by looking at the PCM on the 2002, the 3 plug PCM was on the 16t motors and the 4 plug was on the 32t motors.
