Default Bad Day

Well my day didn't start so well, I got into a little accident. A local college student in a hurry to get to a soccer game ran a stop sign and I hit his truck. Got an estimate today to the tune of $3000.00. The really bad part is that even after telling the officer that he ran the stop sign , and the road being wet, it still ends up being my fault because I hit him in the rear section of his truck.Hope everybody has a better day then mine.

That law has always been nefarious in my opinion. Even though it was person A's fault, person B gets the blame. Sorry to hear that happened to you though GhostRider. That has to suck being so close to the holidays.

That really sucks. You should not be to blame, but life is not fair I guess.

Rear end collisions have been over ruled in many states. Don't pay the ticket and go talk to the judge and see what he says. I've done it and won.

Although sorry to hear about the accident.

Hydra no tickets were issused the officer said that he didn't issue tickets for minor property damage. He stated that they would just let the insurance companies fight it out.
If $3000 is minor I wonder what his idea of major property damage is ??
Thanks for the comments, I guess I just wanted to vent a little.
