Alright people, I need to know how to give my truck more power. I've already have the superchips tuner. BTW, I wouldn't hate specific names of the parts that are believed to be the best performance wise.
Moved to the correct section.
Free up the intake and exhaust. Install an electric fan cooling fan. Lower gears. Unless you want to get into really expensive engine mods, that's about it.
