Default 99 Durango 5.9 Anti-Theft won't disarm

Its been sitting at my work place for a few days now, tried unhooking battery, using the key in every door, unhooking fuses under the hood, not sure what to do to disarm it, the lady I bought it from didnt have a key fob. Don't have the money for a tow or mechanic

A lot of times a weak battery will give you issues. I would pull it out and get it tested. Any auto parts store will do it for free.
