Default Chirping Durango

I have 2000 Durango slt with the 4.7 v-8. My husband just replaced the oil pressure sensor and oil filter and did a complete oil change. Now there is a loud chirping that wasn't there before. Is because of oil getting on the belts or something? It sounds like it's coming from the alternator.

Open the hood and isolate the sound. Go from there.

I would guess one of these, or a combo....

*Water pump failing (these chirp loudly)
*AC compressor clutch idler failing
*Idler pulley failing.

Take off the serpentine belt and rotate these things by hand. Whichever feels dry/chalky, needs replacing. Rotate the alt too, since u mentioned it.
