Default 2000 durango overheating issues

hi guys and gals..i just acquired a 2000 durango 2wd with a 5.2L..it has an overheating problem..my question is where, who do you get cylinder heads from for these engines..as to they have issues with the heads cracking..is there a manufacture of heads that will work and be somewhat trouble free for this vehicle..i have to do some testing on it to be sure its the heads ... any insight would be great..thanks

If your looking for oem replacement heads I would go with engine quest. You can find them everywhere and their about $1000 assembled and shipped to your door. The also flow better than the stock heads and are engineered to not have th cracking issue the oe heads have. Another good replacement is RHS from Indy cylinder head or Hughes engines. Same concept as EQ's but they flow a little better. Also about the same price. Any other questions let me know, Nick
