Default '00 Durango 5.9 no power to injectors

I have a 00 Durango 5.9 2wd AT that I recently had to reposess. The ignition switch was replaced and there is no connection point for the 2 wire terminal(green/red, yellow/white. I believe that the alarm has been disabled. It turns over but won't fire unless starting fluid is sprayed into the tb. So far I've replaced the PCM, IAC, CPS, Cam Position(sensor ), coil, cap, rotor ,wires , plugs and checked all relays and fuses that I could find as well as every ground I could find and access.... I'm stuck, any ideas? Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure, but did 2000 Durangos have chip keys? 98 did not, and that's what I have. I guess it's a possibility that they replaced it with an older ignition switch with no input for the chip key reader. Which is either read by the ECM or CTM. I do know that Dodge's idea of a rev limiter on these was fuel cut off so maybe they used the same process if there was no recognition of a proper chip key?

Do you have any access to an FSM for 2000? Dodge changed the wiring harness on these trucks like 3 times so I can't even help you with that. I think 98-99 were the same. But 2000 I think had a different harness. And another different harness in 2001 with the new interior. I don't know what that two wire plug would go to which is why I was thinking maybe it's supposed to have a chip key and it doesn't. Also, when people start trying to program CTM's on these, things get dicey. And the CTM is what controls the alarm.
