Default 99 Durango Problem

Hey guys so my Durango has this weird issue where when i initially start driving its bogs down and really dosent want to me get any gas to go. It will drive around 35 mph fine but will backfire and bogs down if i try and go any faster. Usually only happens for a min or two than drives normally. Ive replaced most the sensors except for the o2. I was thinking the issue was the pump, fuel filter or the o2 sensor. if anyone has had the same issue and can steer me in the right direction i would appreciate it. I plan on replacing all of these becasue they havent been replaced and im trying to make this my reliable work car.

Borrow a fuel pressure tester from the parts store and see if you have 50psi or so. It would also help to have a obd reader than connects to your phone ($10 or so) and the torque app ($5) to check out what the computer thinks the fuel mixture is. Could see what it thinks the tps is reading too.
