So i have a 2000 dodge durango and anytime i unlock my door with the key it blows my ctm... And i have to replace it... Its far from a easy task to find one thay works...i just want to know how to fix the problem... Everytime it gets blown it makes my alarm go off and my truck to automatically shut down...they said i replaced it so much it messed up my ecm.... And sadly getting a new keyfob wasnt the answer ty in advance...

 

I'd guess it's in the door lock. Does it do it on both doors when you use a key?
