Depends on how involved the tune up is. Check your owners manual for the recommended maintenance and then search for the parts required online. If it’s plugs, oil, oil filter, air filter. Anywhere from $50-70 to over $100 depending on the parts you purchase.

Cant do it yourself? Add a couple hundred for labor. Again. Depending on labor rates.

Trans filter and fluid would probably be a good idea too. Just don't do a trans flush (where they use a machine to force fluid through).

I did mine recently and I can give you a break down. Just keep in mind I did a more "involved" tune up.

Summit Racing 8mm Ignition Wires: $32.97
Champion 71-1 Plugs x8: $15.76
Accel Mopar Remote Super Coil & Harness Combo: $68.98
Summit Racing Cap & Rotor Kit: $24.97
Fram Extra Guard Air Filter: $7.97 (they are cheap enough to replace. Haven't gone for a K&N yet)
Valvoline VV141 Premium Conventional Oil x5: $34.85
Fram HP1 Oil Filter: $13.97

TOTAL: $199.47

I had to do more just because I had some issues with my truck. You wouldn't need the ignition coil for a regular tune up, nor the cap / rotor.

PS - This was all from Summit. You could probably find cheaper if you use RockAuto or something.
