Default humming in Dashboard at 60 mph +

2002 Dodge Durango with 5.9. 75,000 original miles and now in the last few months when the vehicle we get this humming noise (like bees) coming from the right side of the dash. Does it with everything on or off.

Probably some weird harmonics with the cowl or windshield weatherstripping, window seals or side view mirrors. Difficult to track down. Dealerships will use painters tape to tape up things and go for a drive. Keep taping until the noise goes away. You have found it.

Could there be something stuck in your vents? Probably not. Are we talking right in front of the driver or all the way right to the passenger?

Default Please tell me you figured out what the problem is!!!

Any luck finding out what the humming noise is?
We have a 2011 Dodge Durango that started this same noise about a year ago occasionally and now it does it all the time!

I have the same issue with my 2012 durango .....sounds like a bee hive is behind the glove box. I have also noticed that the frequency of the humming changes when the circulation button for the hvac is engaged . Any answers on this would be appreciated I only have so much hair to pull out.

Pull out the blower fan and see if something got into the system, like some leaves or something. Run the motor while out and see if it's the motor itself making the noise.

Its the windshield seal on the bottom; I had the same thing on our 98' Durango SLT 4x4 5.9. Had windshield replaced and humming bees are gone.
