The sensor option is based on whether you have 4-wheel ABS or Rear. if you have rear, don't worry about the sensors. if the knuckles you purchase have them then no harm. I am of the mindset of preventative maintenance or "while I'm there..." but you will be the judge of your own needs. It is possible to change the wheel bearings on the vehicle easily (3 bolts + caliper + Main CV nut). I believe that all 2003's 4-wheel ABS but I can not confirm this.
