Default Trans fluid capacity
How much fluid do I need to do a fluid and filter change on my 2003 Durango SLT with the 4.7?
I have been through my owners manual, and a Haynes manual and all it tells me is to use Mopar ATF+4.

Measure what comes out, replace with the same amount and then verify by checking level per the owners manual.

On the (5)45RFE transmissions the service fluid fill after a filter change is approximately 5.0 quarts.
