My stock AM/FM CD player loads and plays OK, but won't eject the disc. I saw a YouTube video about removing the radio and taking the CD drive out and cleaning it out. Has anyone else had, or have this problem, and how did you fix it?

Swap it out and move on. Single DIN adapters are available as are sub-$100 decent units.
