Default 98 Dodge Durango

I have no back up lights and don't know how to fix them. Tried a few different things and still no back up lights can someone give me some ideas to help fix this

Assuming you have an automatic transmission your back up light switch is located near the shift arms. the switch doubles up as your neutral switch.

Not sure which pins to check for power, if you can find a wiring schematic the wires will be mapped out, once you know which wires to check if your 12 volt supply is live. If the line is dead then at least you know which side of the switch it errant.

You need a thin wall socket to remove that switch, I ground one down.

If you did a visual on the fuse do not depend on sight use an OHM meter then check for continuity.
