1999 Durango Blower Motor Resistor location

Could someone please tell me where the blower motor resistor is in my 1999 Durango 4 WD 5.2. Some say it’s under glove box and others say it’s under cowl. Please help.

The front blower motor resistor is mounted to the dash plenum panel inside the passenger compartment under the cowl.
