Default High idle stay at 1500rpm

2003 Dodge Durango 4.7 rebuilt front to back top to bottom New crankshaft position sensor, new camshaft position sensor, new tbps, new IACV and new air temp sensor I clean the TB and it still stays at a constant 1500 rpm and no air leaks that l can hear what else will cause a high idle

I'd guess an air leak you can't hear.

I'd be suspect of an air leak still or a cheap parts store IAC that doesn't work right.
