Default Unknown problem 1999 Dodge Durango

I have a 5.2 v8 Dodge Durango it most recently died on me due to the alternator wire being pulled out by someone in my family it was bare wire so I took it to a friend he did the wiring back to the alternator it ran fine but I noticed a overcharge on it I thought it was just the gauge messing up but it wasn’t I was driving home one night and all the sudden my battery made a loud pop under my hood I pushed it to my house where it sits currently I already disinfected the area it got acid on i don’t know if it touched the engine or not but it will crank but give no spark on both sides and I’m missing my ignition switch fuse under my hood.

Sentences help. Why are you missing fuses? Did the alternator short to anything? Did you actually measure the voltage to see what it was?

Good question about the missing fuse part I have no clue how I am missing these fuses I had them under there when I checked it last then they are just gone no-one that I live with works on cars so I doubt they would need them lol.
and I measured the pcm thinking it was that but it wasn’t it gave a measure of 5 volts like it should no engine codes have been thrown to my knowledge. My cousin thinks it’s a camshaft sensor because it was missing also when he looked closer.took of the distributor today it was still on great condition.im still stumped on why it won’t start for me

I'd suggest looking through your book to double check what fuses you should have and where.

Does the tach move at all while cranking? It should if it is getting a signal from the crank sensor.

tach does not move at all and the fuses were a 40 amp ignition switch then the 2 relays one is horn and another is trans

You may have a dead crank sensor then.
