What tires would I be able to fit on my 03 Durango with stock wheels?
I have a 2003 Durango with a 3 inch suspension lift and 2 inch spacers. I'm looking for tires that are a bit more aggressive and bigger. What are my options? I think I have 31"s on there now. I can get more information if needed. Thank you!
no expert here, I have a Gen 2 but I'm looking for a Gen 1, everything I've found is 33 is the biggest you can go with just a 3" lift. They make a 3" body lift for 2000-2002, but for some reason not the 2003. I'm still doing my research.
I would think a 33 is the biggest you could fit correctly, but don't know for a fact.
Remember a bigger tire means it's harder to turn and if you have a 3.55 rear end it gets a little tough to maintain overdrive on the highway with bigger tires.
I had 33s on my old '01 Dakota with 3.55s for a while and it was notably harder to maintain overdrive, and it also threw off the speedo about 10%.
They looked awesome but I would personally stop at 33" for a daily.
I don't know, maybe none of this bothers you or applies to you but just food for thought before shoveling out hundreds of dollars on tires.

From the DIY section: https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1st-gen...ressure-s.html lots of good info in here.
