99 Horn relay missing, swapped one won't seat
I bought a 1999 Durango last week from a private party. 183k miles, 2wd, 5.2. In great condition - inside and out.
Noticed a couple days later the horn did not work (just about the only thing I did not check beforehand) .
I looked in the fuse box under the hood next to the battery and noticed that the horn relay (vfm-15f41-z07) that was supposed to be is position 28 was missing.
I swapped over the relay from the Fog Lamp (position 1) into the the horn relay spot. I noticed right away the relay did not sit and actually just wiggled loosely. So loose, it would likely just jiggle loose and fall out if I drove the Durango. I turned the key and tried the horn and nothing. I buttoned everything back up the way it was originally.
So - any tips on what I am looking at to fix the receptor in the box for the relay?

Ok, here is an update.
I noticed that the diagram pic on the fuse box cover is show in mirror view. So the missing relay is actually position position 32, the Rad Fan Select Relay.
So now two questions:
1) my radiator fan kicks on as soon as I start the Durango, even with the 'missing relay'. Is it possible a redesign from 98 to 99 made this relay in position #2 not needed?
2) my horn relay does click when I press the horn. I'll be locating and checking the horn itself tomorrow.
