Default 9.25 Trac-lok Rebuild - experience?

I have LSD from factory, there is no breakaway torque, just opposite rotation - 154K.
Have Spicer kit, and FSM, and lots of conflicting advice - mostly Mustangers...

I want max life, with max engagement for 99% street/field/snow, 1% woods, sand and rocks.
Do I alternate per manual, follow whatever's in there, or add fibers if I can upon rebuild?

Seems like maximum number of alternations would best for life and engagement, but that's a guess not experience.
Anyone?

The way you carefully explain how to crush the colapsable spacer is the right way to do , pipe wrench with 3/4" rachet and a pipe tube for increase force .Never use any impact tool , race of bearing will be hurt , if you use impact the measurement of the preload will be not consistant the needle of the inches pound torque wrench will give you an oscillating reading , resulting of the impact use. Lead to short life of pignion brg...Tutuapp 9apps Showbox

Well, thank you - that was very helpful and certainly on topic!

I want max life,
The factory limited slip is a clutch style diff that will wear out eventually. If you want one that doesn't have parts that wear out get a true track.
