Hi Guys
I have a 2001 Durango 4x4. It came with aftermarket rims. They are 18’s. The tires are shot and they are 265/65/18’s. The Durango has been lifted 2 inches. I had a guy give me 4 tires and they are 265/70/18’s. They are an inch taller than the tires on it. I was wondering if I will have any problems putting the 265/70’s on the Durango?
thank you

on my o1, stock tire size was 265/70-R16. I put some 265/75-r16s on it and they rubbed....
though when my son needed tires for his Ramcharger, we went to Walmart to see what they might have (we didn't buy tires there)
I pulled 3 different brand 31-10.50-r-15s from the shelf and set then standing up side by side. among the 3 brands all marked the same size, there was at least 1-1/2" if not more difference between the tallest and shortest. so it may come down to the particular tires you have. One brand of that size might be fine, while another won't be.
