I see there are etched number on the camshaft but it doesn't match the part number that I see from a mopar parts catalog. Does anyone know what the etched part number on the camshaft represent? I got my head back from the machinist and one of the camshaft's does not turn freely. Was thinking maybe the left and right camshafts are swapped? Not sure how to even tell if this is the case.

The part numbers on camshaft are
for the left: 061E 070241
for the right: 062C 181339
