Cooling fan connector location?

Cooling fan connector location?
2000 4.7 slt 4x4
Just trying to figure out where the electric fan plugs into. The PO cut the cable to the fan and never replaced it and I can’t find the connector for it to test for voltage to it. Id imagine it would come from the harness under the rad but it does not. Any help?
