Hello I have a Gen 1 2002 Dodge Durango SLT 240,000 Miles. Just replaced the TCCM because it would not light the indicator light for 2wd, 4wd Hi or Low and Neutral. It would not change from 2wd to 4 Wheel. Seams to have resolved the 4X4 Transfer case issue. I had a dinging chime faster than the door chime and different than the light charm. No indicator lights ( seatbelt,) on the dash. I do have a check engine light for a gas cap. Not sure where the chime is coming from I read another forum discussion where the TCCM fixed this as well. I can pull the key from the switch when it is running. Wore out tumblers. I wiggle the key and it does not stop the chime at all. Tried restarting and it continues to ding. It stops when I shut the vehicle off. Any help is greatly appreciatedOk, the chime is the same sound as the door being opened as far as speed, so I checked it against the sound of the lights being left on and the lights being left on is faster than the continual chime I am getting.The check engine light reset it's self and is no longer on, but still have a chime.
