Default in need of 4.7 coolant hoses/ heater hoses

alright so i bought this 02 durango about two years ago ive replaced every gasket on the motor ive replaced the entire rear end etc.
now i got a few leaky hoses on the coolant system and i have no idea how to find what the part numbers on them are or what they are called etc.

one i need is a large hose on the driver side that y's down back behind the motor and on the other side of the hose it 90's on to a metal coolant line that runs over the top of the intake manifold

the other i potentially need is one the connects to the secondary water pump on the passenger side and go down near the passenger side wheel well and also y's into two seperate hoses.

both of these hoses seem to be leaking around the are where they y-out

any diagram that someone may have of all the hoses would be super helpful.

thanks in advance!

I think they may be discontinued from Mopar now, but I got a set from Ebay about 4 years ago for mine. Ive seen 90* fittings and "Y"'s, in different parts stores. Get those, a box of clamps, and a roll of 5/8" heater hose and "go to town". Ive seen those plastic "Y"s crack and snap off.
