Default Long crank on cold start

1999 5.9l v8 Durango. I have been having an issue of needing a good extra 3-5 seconds when starting my vehicle. Initially had a code for a cam position sensor, switched that and never had the code again but the issue persists. I am being led to believe the crank shaft position sensor maybe playing an issue, hoping someone may have an idea. Addition information includes some loss of power very rarely causing my vehicle to almost stall, rpm wouldn't increase despite speedometer increasing. Throttle body is clean enough to open freely, but plans to deep clean are in motion. Also had a code for p0420 a few months ago but since my transmission solenoid and governor pressure sensor was replaced I haven't seen it again.

Turn the key to on position (last position before crank) for a few seconds, then crank. If it starts immediately, then test your fuel pressure as your pump may be failing.

I did have this fuel pump issue issue eh but did not experience the loss of power at all. Difference is I have a 99 Durango with 443,445 km all original 5.2 magnum.

Default LOSS of power

Im pretty sure the loss of power is coming from my transfer case or transmission locking up. Initially i believed it may have been from a clogged throttle body or a loss of fuel pressure. I have tried to test my fuel pressure but im pretty sure im doing it wrong, now i just put my ignition into the on position twice prior to starting and it fires up right away. Currently busy looking as this transfer case as now its having a hard time shift only out of 1st into 2nd gear.
