I have an issue with my 98’ where when I hook the battery up the horn beeps once. When I insert the key in the ignition, the beeps very fast. When I turn the key and start it, the horn blows steady and t,he windshield wipers come on automatically. I have purchased a CTM and replaced, with no difference. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
