99 Durango that will die going down the road seems like it happens more in hot wheather
The Durango stalled last winter in a drive thru pushed it out of the way let it set for 5 minutes and it would start back up did this 3 or 4 times last summer ran good during the winter last week on a warm day driving down the road and it died again all gages seems like they loose power the odometer reading comes up and says NO BUSS any suggestions on this would be very helpful ....i have read a few other post talking about this..they are saying computer does that sound right

i have a bud who work at dodge if your computer says no bus that could mean somthing as simple as water in the connections (or moister)to a "ghost" in the computer ,they can never tell me what they mean by ghost ,but they usually reset it about 5 times if that does not work try getting it flashed,hope it helps,also try to find a compatiable cpu on the e-net and use that
You mean PCM, don't you? My 99 D had this issue and the dealer made me pay for a new ecm(I think) did nothing to fix stalling problem, I researched myself on the internet and made them replace the PCM(under warranty up tp 80,000 miles) no problems at all since. From what I have read there is a problem with the pcm(power control module) on these, and like other issues with D's they refuse to acknowledge this...
