I was putting a new radio in my 2001 durango i got the dash off and the radio in just fine. I put the dash back on and everything seemed to be in order. i checked if everything worked ac radio lights ect... everything worked fine. the problem is it was the midle of the day and i didnt notice that the dash laghts didnt work and the rear lights on the car dont work. they work when i hit the brakes, but not when the lights are on. im not sure if i messed up the dimmer or what. i reconected it and tryed everythign i can think of. anyone have any ideas?

*i did check the fuses next to the dash and under the hood. they all seem to be good.*

 

i wanted to make sure the fuse was alright. it looked like it was good but when i replaced it it worked!
