Has anyone tried vortex valve?

 

What's a Vortex Valve? Is it like a tornado?

It's a device installed in the intake, which supposed to improve the gas mileage. It's the same principle as airaid's TB spacer, but when you go throgh their web-site it almost too good to be true. I don't even see any review on the Internet.
