Default 2000 Durango Question

Weve had our 00 for almost a year now. Love it!!!!!!
My question is this, the extended warrenty is up in May, and Im wondering should I get another one on it?
it has about 130,000 miles and im worried about problems at this point, such as transmission ect..
Also about at how many miles does the transmission go out on it?

Thanks

I have a 98 "D" with 140,000 miles and the trans is starting to go out on it now. The cost to have the trans rebulit, with a shift kit and trans cooler will be about $2500 here in the midwest. I would say the call is yours, the price of the warrenty vs the price of a trans and or possible troubles down the road. Just a few things to think about.
Good Luck on your choice.
