I have a 2001 Dodge Durango (105K) that has had a history of odd electrical issues like the remote not opening the doors, the horn blowing when the doors are opened with the key, the rear winshild wiper going on and off by itself. Recently the chime has started to chime and will not stop until the car comes to a stop. Before I go to the dealership and have them charge an arm and a leg for diagnostics I was wondering if anyone has had this problem and may know what the cure may be ?

I am also wondering if I should start by replacing the battery ?
