hi, everyone...I'm a new member - found this forum while looking for information about the problem I'm having with my durango.

I have a 2001 SLT, and this afternoon, the front air vents quit working. No air/heat will come through at all via the dash, floor or defrosters, but in the rear of the car the vents work perfectly.

Turning the selector **** does nothing, turning up air level **** also does nothing. doesn't even make a sound, its as if the system doesn't know its been turned on.

I haven't been able to find any infomation on this problem, on this site or others. any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Fan Motor is probrably not working.. Although it could be as simple as the doors are jammed or the controller for them is not working properly.. You can take it to the dealer and have them check the "callibrated doors" They use a type of scan tool to recalibrate something in there.. Only reason I know is because I had a Liberty that did the same thing
