Is there a fuel filter on a 2001 Durango with the 4.7 V?

There is no in line fuel filter. It is all on the pump inside your tank. The pump, regulator, and filters.

There is a plus though, instead of only being one there are 3 double sized filters. Buy the time the filters are plugged the pump is ready to be replaced. You can get one at Checkers for $189. You have to drop the tank.

 

Whats he said ^ that's the one draw back about our trucks, no inline filter an you can only replace the fuel pump, u cant change the filter on it, it's built as one piece so look forward to spending $$$ on a new one
