Default running hot

I have a 1998 durango 5.2 4x4. I replaced the radiator and thermostat and fan clutch about 8 months ago due to a plugged radiator. now it is when i drive it for about 30 minutes in town or on the highway it starts running around 230-240 F. when you deccelerate it cools a little. i have tried driving with no ac and with ac and no difference. I also noticed when i pull anything it heats alot faster. i just had a oil change and went with valvoline maxx life sythetic. (no Change). The water pump isn't leaking out the weep hole but i have heard that some won't when they go out. is there any suggestions before i change the water pump. Thanks

Did you replace the hoses when you replaced everything eles ? Sometimes a weak hose will suck shut and prevent the coolant from flowing.

have the dealer check your timing if you are moving and the car heats up ,but when u stop it cools down ,it is a tale tale sign of improper timing
