Default The Durango--Is it a cool ride?

So, in my first post I said that I could probably inherit my dads '02 Durango if I talked a good deal to him. But I'm thinking more and more that my dads Durango is just that--a dads car. So in terms of coolness, does the Durango rank up there with the Ram and the Dakota? Or is it more of a middle-aged mans kind of car? I want your opinions. No right or wrong answer. I appreciate it.

I'm 22 and I love it but it was a choice of practicality if I didn't have children I would have gotten a dak

I would rather have a Ram or Dakota. I find them better looking and "cooler." Sure, the Durango is alot more practical, but I'd rather have the truck.

One more thing Dodge_Love if you are being given this D by your dad you might as well take it you will like it. Otherwise if you do have the means to get a different ride go for that.

You're right Green. I love the thing, it's just that recently I've been a little skeptical. I'm gonna put headers on it, and a dual exhaust. I want the thing to sound tough.

That sounds nice Dodge. That's one of the first mods I want as well. The next thing I'm doing is a CAI then the exhaust, let that baby breath.

I think its the coolest looking vehicle that seats 7 out there, with enough *** to pull the toys. For someone like me with three kids and toys, it can't be beat, plus momma likes driving it.

I agree with nhbdaddy. It's got a commanding presence on the road, has room for the 3 kids, can tow the toys. Oh and it has the power to embarass the riced Hondas off the line too!

Rice burners I'm sure look in horror.[sm=insomnia.gif] I laugh my A** off when I pull away from those trashy sounding toys with my big fun toy.
