98 Brake Problem

Usually after it rains, I'll start going. When I hit the break, it sorta makes a screeching noise and it gives me like a bad quick stop. Thats when I barely step on the break. Break pads or sometihng wrong here?

Propably need new pads go with ceramics.

your rotors will rust very fast especially after a rain ,just ease on the brake then it will stop normal

Ya, I forgot to say that they are fine after one stop. But is this a big problem?
