Default RE: Starting problem

Took about a half hour to put the starter back on and hook it up. Maybe another half hour to put the shid plates/crossmember back. I think If I would of took the crossmember off sooner it would of been way easier. I had alot more room with it out of the way.

Now if only I could get a drain plug...

(to get out, I can't wait to put the new one in[:@])
Well I can contest to Cesspool.

It was very easy to get it disconected. Through the drivers side wheel well there is a small panel. Open it and it gives you access to the starter. When I did mine I had to take it out from in between the frame and the wheel well. What ever you do buy a complete new starter not a rebuild. You only want to do it once. I like Auto Zone's. They have never let me down. Anyway it took me a couple of hours because it was frozen outside (about 20 F) and I had to keep warming up. Anyway have fun with that!

It's a #@^&*$#@@*(*(&%#@#@[sm=rant.gif]
