Hi all. Nice forum here.

'02 SXT is getting taken in next week. Here's my list:

1. Brakes squeal all the time. New brakes and rotors were put on in May under warranty. I'm on my third set of brakes and rotors - thank god all covered by warranty.

2. Air Blower motor quit. I only get A/C or any air movement on the highest setting.

3. Clunking on front end. Other posts here are leading me to believe its the ball joints. I'm familiar with the recall inquest and I know Chrysler is denying the problem so far.

So I would like to know if anyone has dealt with the ball joint issue, what type of stories has Dodge come up with to say something else is the problem. I would like to be as educated as possible if I have to demand they replace the ball joints. I'm at 34K on my 36K warranty and want this done right.

Would it only be the upper joints?
Someone in another post mentioned a sway bar. Does that really do anything?
