New to the Forum. I'm the second owner of a black '99 5.9l SLT+. We bought it used from a private individual in 3/01 with 20kmi. Have done searches on a few questions I as I prepare to sell it and I'm coming up empty.

1st - What are other owners getting MPG wise?

2nd - I have some rust bubbles on the front bumper and I'd like to fix it before selling. I can buy a new primed bumper for $95 & have it painted for $125. Is it possible to have the original sanded, primed and re-painted? Any suggestions on do-it-yourself painting? If so, how do you remove the front bumper?

3rd - I need to fix/replace the material on the headliner. Anyone ever repair a tear in the material?

4th - My dogs were kept in the back cargo area and have gauged up some of the plastic. Are there any after market places to get interior parts from? Also, does anyone have a more secure cage divider than the cheap petstor type that just expand between the floor and ceiling?
