Default Heater Blower not working

How can you tell if its the resistor pack or the motor itself is bad?

No easy way. But hell, the resistor pack is only like $15 or less so I would go that route first. If replacing the resistor pack does not work, then it may be the motor or the fan speed switch but from what I have seen, resistor pack is mostly always the culprit.

I'll try the resistor pack first then. Thanks for the response.

I believe that if it is the resistor, then the fan will work ONLY in the high position. All other speeds will not work.
