Default Engine code P1698

Hello all, I had recently installed a car starter in my 01 durango and now my check engine light came on. So I hooked up my code scanner and it says P1698. NO CCD message fom TCM. Any one ever had this happen? If so how do I fix it. I checked all my wiring and everything looks ok. not sure what to do.

Are you sure a wire harness didnt get pinched, or unplugged around the starter, like a knock senser, or crank senser?
